I ordered two of these as gifts for friends. Took over 4 weeks to receive, they were out of stock but did not say that on website and had to call customer service to follow up as no one contacted me. One looks fantastic and the other is faded and nowhere near as good as the other. Happy with one, very disappointed with the other. (Posted on 14/10/10)
